Bayfield Realty has been serving the Bayfield and La Plata County area for more than three decades. The company emphasizes locally focused real estate services and a commitment to "old-fashioned ethics, professionalism, and personalized attention," values that have remained part of its identity since its founding.

A key milestone in the company's history occurred in 2012, when Isaac Fleener became the managing broker and owner. A Bayfield native and Bayfield High School graduate, Isaac brought experience in commercial, investment, farm, ranch, and land transactions to the company. Under his leadership, Bayfield Realty has continued to expand its presence in the local market while maintaining its community-oriented approach.

Today, Bayfield Realty serves buyers and sellers throughout Bayfield, Durango, Vallecito Lake, and the surrounding areas of La Plata County. The brokerage is a member of the CREN MLS and markets residential, land, farm and ranch, and recreational properties across Southwest Colorado.
