Isaac Fleener

Isaac Fleener is committed to meeting the present and future needs of the real estate community in La Plata County while continuing to grow Bayfield Realty and delivering a superior experience for both buyers and sellers. A Bayfield native and proud graduate of Bayfield High School’s Class of 2000, Isaac earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in Belton, Texas.

Since becoming a licensed real estate broker in Texas in 2004, Isaac has built extensive experience in Commercial and Investment Properties, Land Sales, and Farm and Ranch transactions. In 2012, he became the managing broker and owner of Bayfield Realty, where he has led the company with a deep commitment to integrity, service, and community values.

Under Isaac’s leadership, Bayfield Realty has thrived. He was the #1 agent in the Bayfield area (Bayfield Rural and Bayfield In town in both sales volume and number of transactions in 2023 and 2024. In 2013, Isaac was honored as the "Rookie of the Year" by the Durango Area Association of Realtors, recognizing his ethical conduct, business accomplishments, and dedication to the local community.
